1. Licence
Uply is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (the standard EULA). The terms below add to it and do not replace it. Uply is published by Mikail Yurt.
2. What Uply does
Uply checks the website addresses you enter from our servers and tells you when a site stops answering and when it answers again. The checks run on our servers, so they continue while the app is closed. Uply reads only whether a site responds, its status code and its response time. It does not read, copy or store the content of your pages.
Add only sites you own or are allowed to monitor. You are responsible for the addresses you enter.
3. Free plan
The free plan includes up to 3 sites, one check per hour, down and recovery alerts, groups, widgets and 24 hours of history. It needs no purchase and does not expire.
4. Uply Pro subscription
Uply Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that raises the site limit to 50, 100 or 200 sites, checks each site every 5 minutes, keeps uptime for 7 and 30 days, records every failure and status change, and adds priorities and notification settings per site.
- Period. Monthly or yearly. The exact price for your country is shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment. Charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancelling. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future charges; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Changing plans. Choosing a larger plan replaces the current one. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the next renewal.
- Restoring. Pro is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your other devices with Restore purchases.
- Refunds. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If Pro ends, your account returns to the free plan. Sites beyond the free limit are kept but no longer checked until you re-subscribe or remove them.
5. Your account
You sign in with Apple. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; this removes your sites, history and devices from our servers. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your App Store settings first.
6. Fair use
Do not use Uply to overload, probe or attack any site, to monitor sites you have no right to monitor, or to bypass plan limits. We may suspend accounts that do so or that place an unreasonable load on the service.
7. Privacy
What we store, why and for how long is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. No warranty and liability
Uply is a notification tool, provided “as is”. It can miss an outage or report one late, for example when our servers, Apple's notification service or your device's network is unavailable, or when a site blocks our checks. Uply does not fix, host or protect your sites. To the extent permitted by law, Mikail Yurt is not liable for losses caused by an outage of your site, by a missed or late alert, or for indirect damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
9. Changes and contact
We may change these terms or the plans; changes are published on this page with a new effective date, and material changes to a paid plan apply from your next renewal. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Contact: support@mikailyurt.com.
1. Lisans
Uply sana Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (standart EULA) kapsamında lisanslanır. Aşağıdaki koşullar bu sözleşmeye ek niteliğindedir, onun yerine geçmez. Uply'ı Mikail Yurt yayımlar.
2. Uply ne yapar
Uply girdiğin site adreslerini sunucularımızdan kontrol eder; bir site yanıt vermeyi kesince ve yeniden yanıt verince sana haber verir. Kontroller sunucularımızda çalışır, yani uygulama kapalıyken de sürer. Uply yalnızca sitenin yanıt verip vermediğini, durum kodunu ve yanıt süresini okur. Sayfalarının içeriğini okumaz, kopyalamaz ve saklamaz.
Yalnızca sahibi olduğun ya da izlemeye yetkili olduğun siteleri ekle. Girdiğin adreslerden sen sorumlusun.
3. Ücretsiz plan
Ücretsiz plan 3 siteye kadar, saatte bir kontrol, kesinti ve düzelme bildirimleri, gruplar, widget'lar ve 24 saatlik geçmişi içerir. Satın alma gerektirmez ve süresi dolmaz.
4. Uply Pro aboneliği
Uply Pro, site sınırını 50, 100 ya da 200 siteye çıkaran, her siteyi 5 dakikada bir kontrol eden, 7 ve 30 günlük çalışma oranını saklayan, her hatayı ve durum değişikliğini kaydeden, site başına öncelik ve bildirim ayarı ekleyen, kendiliğinden yenilenen bir aboneliktir.
- Süre. Aylık ya da yıllık. Ülkendeki kesin fiyat satın almadan önce uygulamada gösterilir.
- Ödeme. Satın almayı onayladığında Apple Hesabından tahsil edilir.
- Yenileme. Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezsen her dönemin sonunda kendiliğinden yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, geçerli dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde Apple Hesabından alınır.
- İptal. App Store hesap ayarlarından (Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler) istediğin zaman yönet ya da iptal et. İptal gelecek ödemeleri durdurur; Pro, ödenen dönemin sonuna kadar açık kalır.
- Plan değişikliği. Daha büyük bir plan seçmek mevcut planın yerine geçer. Daha küçük plana geçiş bir sonraki yenilemede uygulanır.
- Geri yükleme. Pro, Apple Hesabına bağlıdır ve diğer cihazlarında "Satın almaları geri yükle" ile geri yüklenebilir.
- İade. Ödeme ve iadeleri Apple kendi koşullarına göre yürütür. İade talebi: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Pro sona erdiğinde hesabın ücretsiz plana döner. Ücretsiz sınırın üstündeki siteler saklanır ama yeniden abone olana ya da onları silene kadar kontrol edilmez.
5. Hesabın
Apple ile giriş yaparsın. Hesabını Ayarlar'dan istediğin zaman silebilirsin; bu, sitelerini, geçmişini ve cihazlarını sunucularımızdan kaldırır. Hesabı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez; önce App Store ayarlarından iptal et.
6. Adil kullanım
Uply'ı bir siteyi aşırı yüklemek, taramak ya da saldırmak, izleme hakkın olmayan siteleri izlemek ya da plan sınırlarını aşmak için kullanma. Bunu yapan ya da hizmete makul olmayan yük bindiren hesapları askıya alabiliriz.
7. Gizlilik
Neyi, neden ve ne kadar süre sakladığımız Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatılır.
8. Garanti ve sorumluluk
Uply bir bildirim aracıdır ve “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Bir kesintiyi kaçırabilir ya da geç bildirebilir; örneğin sunucularımız, Apple'ın bildirim hizmeti ya da cihazının ağı erişilemez olduğunda veya bir site kontrollerimizi engellediğinde. Uply sitelerini onarmaz, barındırmaz ve korumaz. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde Mikail Yurt, sitenin kesintisinden, kaçırılan ya da geciken bir bildirimden doğan kayıplardan ve dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Buradaki hiçbir hüküm tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarını sınırlamaz.
9. Değişiklikler ve iletişim
Bu koşulları ya da planları değiştirebiliriz; değişiklikler yeni yürürlük tarihiyle bu sayfada yayımlanır, ücretli bir plandaki önemli değişiklikler bir sonraki yenilemenden itibaren geçerli olur. Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; yaşadığın yerdeki emredici tüketici koruma hükümleri saklıdır. İletişim: support@mikailyurt.com.
