The short version: Uply needs a server, because it has to check your sites while your phone is asleep. We store your account, the websites you asked us to watch and the results of those checks. Nothing else. No ads, no analytics, no tracking, and we never sell your data.
1. Your account
You sign in with Apple. We receive the account identifier Apple gives us and, if you choose to share it, your email address (which may be Apple's private relay address). We do not receive your name, your password or your Apple Account details.
The email address is used only to reach you about your account, for example if something is wrong with your subscription. We do not send marketing email.
2. The sites you monitor
- What you enter. The address of each site, the name you give it, the group you put it in, its priority and its notification settings.
- What the checks produce. For each check: the time, whether the site answered, the HTTP status code, the response time in milliseconds and, on failure, the reason (for example a timeout or a DNS error).
- Outages. When a site went down, when it came back and how long it was out.
Our servers request your site's address the same way a visitor's browser would. Uply does not read, copy or store the content of your pages.
3. Notifications
When you allow notifications, Apple gives us a push token for that iPhone. We store the token with the app version, the app language and the time we last saw the device, so alerts reach the right phone in the right language. The token is not an advertising identifier and cannot be used to track you elsewhere. Push messages themselves are delivered by Apple (APNs).
4. Subscriptions
Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your card or your Apple Account details. From Apple we receive the subscription identifier, which plan it is, whether it is active, when it renews or expires, and events such as renewal, cancellation or refund, so the app can unlock the right limits.
5. How long we keep things
- Check results: 30 days, then deleted automatically.
- Outage records: 30 days after they end. An outage that is still open is kept until it ends.
- Push tokens: deleted if the device has not been seen for 90 days.
- Account, sites and groups: until you delete them or delete your account.
6. Where your data is
Uply runs on servers in Germany (Hetzner), with Cloudflare in front for security and traffic protection. Apple (sign in, push, purchases) processes data under its own terms. We use no analytics service, no advertising network and no third-party tracking SDK.
7. Deleting your data
- Delete a single site in the app: its checks and outage history go with it.
- Delete your account in the app, under Settings: your account, sites, groups, history, devices and subscription records are removed from our database.
- Deleting the app alone does not delete your account, because the checks run on our servers. Use Settings → delete account, or write to us and we will do it.
8. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: support@mikailyurt.com. We answer within 30 days.
9. Children
Uply is a tool for people who run websites and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes and contact
Changes to this policy are published on this page with a new effective date. Questions: support@mikailyurt.com.

1. Hesabın
Apple ile giriş yaparsın. Apple'ın bize verdiği hesap kimliğini ve paylaşmayı seçersen e-posta adresini (Apple'ın gizli aktarma adresi olabilir) alırız. Adını, parolanı ya da Apple hesap bilgilerini almayız.
E-posta adresi yalnızca hesabınla ilgili durumlarda, örneğin aboneliğinde bir sorun olduğunda sana ulaşmak için kullanılır. Pazarlama e-postası göndermeyiz.
2. İzlediğin siteler
- Senin girdiklerin. Her sitenin adresi, verdiğin ad, koyduğun grup, önceliği ve bildirim ayarları.
- Kontrollerin ürettikleri. Her kontrol için: zaman, sitenin yanıt verip vermediği, HTTP durum kodu, milisaniye cinsinden yanıt süresi ve hata varsa nedeni (örneğin zaman aşımı ya da DNS hatası).
- Kesintiler. Sitenin ne zaman düştüğü, ne zaman döndüğü ve ne kadar kapalı kaldığı.
Sunucularımız sitenin adresini bir ziyaretçinin tarayıcısı gibi ister. Uply sayfalarının içeriğini okumaz, kopyalamaz ve saklamaz.
3. Bildirimler
Bildirimlere izin verdiğinde Apple o iPhone için bize bir push kimliği verir. Bu kimliği uygulama sürümü, uygulama dili ve cihazı en son gördüğümüz zamanla birlikte saklarız; böylece bildirim doğru telefona ve doğru dilde gider. Bu kimlik bir reklam kimliği değildir ve seni başka yerlerde takip etmek için kullanılamaz. Bildirimleri Apple (APNs) iletir.
4. Abonelikler
Satın almaları Apple yürütür. Kartını ya da Apple hesap bilgilerini hiçbir zaman görmeyiz. Apple'dan abonelik kimliğini, hangi plan olduğunu, etkin olup olmadığını, ne zaman yenileneceğini ya da biteceğini ve yenileme, iptal, iade gibi olayları alırız; uygulama doğru sınırları böyle açar.
5. Ne kadar süre saklarız
- Kontrol sonuçları: 30 gün, sonra kendiliğinden silinir.
- Kesinti kayıtları: bittikten 30 gün sonra. Süren bir kesinti bitene kadar durur.
- Push kimlikleri: cihaz 90 gündür görülmediyse silinir.
- Hesap, siteler ve gruplar: sen silene ya da hesabını silene kadar.
6. Verilerin nerede
Uply Almanya'daki sunucularda (Hetzner) çalışır; önünde güvenlik ve trafik koruması için Cloudflare vardır. Apple (giriş, bildirim, satın alma) kendi koşullarına göre veri işler. Hiçbir analitik hizmeti, reklam ağı ya da üçüncü taraf takip bileşeni kullanmayız.
7. Verilerini silmek
- Uygulamada tek bir siteyi sil: kontrolleri ve kesinti geçmişi de onunla gider.
- Ayarlar'dan hesabını sil: hesabın, siteler, gruplar, geçmiş, cihazlar ve abonelik kayıtları veritabanımızdan kaldırılır.
- Yalnızca uygulamayı silmek hesabını silmez, çünkü kontroller sunucularımızda çalışır. Ayarlar → hesabı sil yolunu kullan ya da bize yaz, biz silelim.
8. Hakların
Verilerinin bir kopyasını isteyebilir, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini talep edebilirsin: support@mikailyurt.com. 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.
9. Çocuklar
Uply web sitesi işleten kişiler için bir araçtır, çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamayız.
