Common questions
- Does monitoring stop when I close the app? No. The checks run on our servers, not on your phone. You can close Uply, restart your iPhone or lose signal, and the checks keep going.
- How quickly will I hear about an outage? On the Free plan sites are checked every hour, on Pro every 5 minutes. The first failure is confirmed by a second check 60 seconds later, so a site is never called down because of a single hiccup.
- Why did I get only one notification? That is on purpose. One alert when a site goes down, one when it comes back. A site that stays down does not keep notifying you.
- I got no notification at all. Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Uply, and any Focus mode that might silence it. In Uply, check that notifications are on for that site, and that the site itself is not paused.
- Uply says my site is down, but it opens in my browser. Your browser may be using a cached page, a different DNS or a network our servers cannot reach. The outage record shows the reason (for example a timeout, an HTTP 5xx or a certificate error), which is a good starting point for your hosting provider.
- Which addresses can I add? Public http:// and https:// addresses. Private, local and internal addresses are rejected for security reasons. The same site can only be added once per account.
- How many sites can I monitor? Free covers 3 sites. Pro covers 50, 100 or 200, depending on the plan you pick.
- What happens if my subscription ends? Nothing is deleted. Sites above the Free limit are paused, and they come back on their own when you subscribe again.
- My purchase does not show up. Open Settings → Subscription and tap “Restore purchases”, with the Apple Account you bought with. If it still does not appear, email us with the receipt date.
- The widget is not updating. iOS decides how often widgets refresh. The widget always shows the time of the last check, so old data never looks current. Opening the app refreshes it.
- How do I cancel? In Uply, Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription, or in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- How do I delete my account? Settings → delete account. This removes your sites, groups, history and subscription records from our servers. Deleting the app alone is not enough. See the Privacy Policy.

- Neden tek bildirim geldi? Bilerek böyle. Site kapanınca bir bildirim, düzelince bir tane daha. Kapalı kalan site sana tekrar tekrar bildirim göndermez.
- Hiç bildirim gelmedi. iPhone Ayarlar → Bildirimler → Uply'ı ve bildirimi susturabilecek Odak modlarını kontrol et. Uply'da o site için bildirimlerin açık ve sitenin duraklatılmamış olduğundan emin ol.
- Uply sitem kapalı diyor ama tarayıcımda açılıyor. Tarayıcın önbellekteki sayfayı, farklı bir DNS'i ya da sunucularımızın ulaşamadığı bir ağı kullanıyor olabilir. Kesinti kaydında neden yazar (örneğin zaman aşımı, HTTP 5xx ya da sertifika hatası); barındırma sağlayıcına bununla başlayabilirsin.
- Hangi adresleri ekleyebilirim? Herkese açık http:// ve https:// adresleri. Özel, yerel ve iç ağ adresleri güvenlik nedeniyle kabul edilmez. Aynı site bir hesaba yalnızca bir kez eklenebilir.
- Kaç site izleyebilirim? Ücretsiz planda 3 site. Pro'da seçtiğin plana göre 50, 100 ya da 200.
- Aboneliğim biterse ne olur? Hiçbir şey silinmez. Ücretsiz sınırın üzerindeki siteler duraklatılır ve yeniden abone olduğunda kendiliğinden geri gelir.
- Satın almam görünmüyor. Ayarlar → Abonelik'i açıp satın aldığın Apple hesabıyla “Satın alımları geri yükle”ye dokun. Hâlâ görünmüyorsa makbuz tarihiyle bize yaz.
- Widget güncellenmiyor. Widget'ların ne sıklıkla yenileneceğine iOS karar verir. Widget her zaman son kontrol zamanını gösterir, yani eski veri güncelmiş gibi görünmez. Uygulamayı açmak widget'ı yeniler.
- Nasıl iptal ederim? Uply'da Ayarlar → Abonelik → Aboneliği yönet ya da iPhone Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler. Dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal et.
- Hesabımı nasıl silerim? Ayarlar → hesabı sil. Bu işlem sitelerini, gruplarını, geçmişini ve abonelik kayıtlarını sunucularımızdan kaldırır. Yalnızca uygulamayı silmek yetmez. Ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikası'nda.
