The short version: ReFocus has no server and no account. Your focus sessions, answers and notes stay on your devices and, if you use iCloud sync, in your own private iCloud. We never receive them. No ads, no analytics, no tracking.
1. What ReFocus stores on your device
- Focus profile. Your onboarding answers (work type, how long you usually focus, what feels hardest, phone checking) and the profile ReFocus derives from them.
- Sessions. Start and end times, the method used, pauses, when the app was in the background during a session, and your short feedback after each session.
- Daily check-in and work contexts. How you felt today, and the context names and icons you create.
- Settings. App language, notification choices and similar preferences.
This data is used only to recommend a method and show your history, on your device. ReFocus has no feature that sends it to us.
2. iCloud sync (ReFocus Plus)
If you have ReFocus Plus and are signed in to iCloud, the data above is synced between your devices through your private CloudKit database. It lives in your Apple account, protected by Apple, and we cannot access it. Without Plus, or with iCloud turned off, everything stays only on the device.
3. Apple Watch, widgets and Live Activities
The iPhone app shares the current session and a small summary with your Apple Watch (WatchConnectivity), and with widgets and the complication through a shared container on your device. Nothing leaves your devices for this.
4. Notifications
Session and break reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. ReFocus does not use push notifications and has no notification server.
5. Purchases
ReFocus Plus is a one-time in-app purchase handled by Apple. ReFocus checks your purchase with StoreKit on the device. We do not receive your payment details, name or Apple ID.
6. What we collect
Nothing. ReFocus contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs, does not track you across apps or websites and does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission. Apple may share aggregated App Store and crash statistics with us if you have chosen to share them with developers in your device settings; these do not identify you.
7. Deleting your data
- Deleting the app removes all ReFocus data from that device.
- To remove synced data from iCloud: iPhone Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage (or Storage) → ReFocus → Delete Data. On Mac: System Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage.
- Work contexts can be deleted inside the app at any time.
8. Children
ReFocus is suitable for all ages and collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
9. Changes and contact
Changes to this policy are published on this page with a new effective date. Questions: support@mikailyurt.com.

1. ReFocus'un cihazında sakladıkları

- Ayarlar. Uygulama dili, bildirim tercihleri ve benzeri seçimler.
Bu veriler yalnızca cihazında sana yöntem önermek ve geçmişini göstermek için kullanılır. ReFocus'ta bunları bize gönderen bir özellik yoktur.
2. iCloud senkronu (ReFocus Plus)
ReFocus Plus'ın varsa ve iCloud'a giriş yaptıysan, yukarıdaki veriler cihazların arasında özel CloudKit veritabanın üzerinden senkronlanır. Veriler Apple hesabında, Apple'ın korumasında durur; bizim erişimimiz yoktur. Plus yoksa ya da iCloud kapalıysa her şey yalnızca cihazda kalır.
3. Apple Watch, widget'lar ve Canlı Etkinlikler
iPhone uygulaması, süren seansı ve kısa bir özeti Apple Watch'unla (WatchConnectivity) ve cihazındaki paylaşılan bir alan üzerinden widget'lar ve komplikasyonla paylaşır. Bunun için hiçbir veri cihazlarından çıkmaz.
4. Bildirimler
Seans ve mola hatırlatmaları cihazında planlanan yerel bildirimlerdir. ReFocus anlık (push) bildirim kullanmaz, bildirim sunucusu yoktur.
5. Satın almalar
ReFocus Plus, Apple tarafından işlenen tek seferlik bir uygulama içi satın almadır. ReFocus satın almanı cihazda StoreKit ile doğrular. Ödeme bilgilerin, adın ya da Apple Kimliğin bize ulaşmaz.
6. Topladıklarımız
Hiçbir şey. ReFocus'ta analitik, reklam ya da çökme raporlama SDK'sı yoktur; seni uygulamalar ve web siteleri arasında izlemez, Uygulama İzleme Şeffaflığı izni istemez. Cihaz ayarlarında geliştiricilerle paylaşmayı seçtiysen Apple, App Store ve çökme istatistiklerini toplu hâlde bizimle paylaşabilir; bunlar kimliğini belirtmez.
7. Verilerini silmek
- Uygulamayı silmek, o cihazdaki tüm ReFocus verilerini siler.
- Senkronlanan verileri iCloud'dan silmek için: iPhone Ayarlar → adın → iCloud → Depolamayı Yönet → ReFocus → Verileri Sil. Mac'te: Sistem Ayarları → adın → iCloud → Yönet.
- Çalışma bağlamlarını uygulama içinden istediğin zaman silebilirsin.
8. Çocuklar
ReFocus her yaşa uygundur ve çocuklar dahil kimseden kişisel veri toplamaz.
