1. Licence
Lumaroll is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (the standard EULA). The terms below add to it and do not replace it.
2. What Lumaroll does
Lumaroll helps you review your photo library and delete the items you choose. Deletion happens only after you confirm, through Apple's Photos framework. Deleted items move to Recently Deleted in Photos, where iOS keeps them for 30 days; after that, or if you empty that album, they cannot be recovered. You are responsible for what you choose to delete. Keep a backup of photos that matter to you.
3. Free use and Lifetime
The first 500 keep or delete decisions are free. Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that removes this limit for as long as the app is available. It is not a subscription and does not renew. It is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your other devices. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.
4. Privacy
Your photos stay on your device. See the Privacy Policy.
5. No warranty and liability
Lumaroll is provided “as is”. Detection of duplicates, similar and blurry photos is an estimate and can be wrong; always check before you confirm. To the extent permitted by law, Mikail Yurt is not liable for lost photos, videos or other data, or for indirect damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
6. Changes and contact
Changes are published on this page with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Contact: support@mikailyurt.com.

Lumaroll sana Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (standart EULA) kapsamında lisanslanır. Aşağıdaki koşullar bu sözleşmeye ek niteliğindedir, onun yerine geçmez.
2. Lumaroll ne yapar
Lumaroll fotoğraf arşivini gözden geçirmene ve seçtiğin öğeleri silmene yardım eder. Silme yalnızca sen onayladıktan sonra, Apple'ın Photos çatısı üzerinden yapılır. Silinen öğeler Fotoğraflar'daki Son Silinenler'e taşınır ve iOS onları 30 gün saklar; bu süreden sonra ya da albümü boşaltırsan geri getirilemez. Neyi sileceğine sen karar verirsin ve sorumluluk sendedir. Senin için önemli fotoğrafların yedeğini tut.
3. Ücretsiz kullanım ve Lifetime
İlk 500 sakla ya da sil kararı ücretsizdir. Lifetime, uygulama sunulduğu sürece bu sınırı kaldıran, tek seferlik ve tüketilmeyen bir uygulama içi satın almadır. Abonelik değildir, yenilenmez. Apple Hesabına bağlıdır ve diğer cihazlarında geri yüklenebilir. Fiyat, satın almadan önce uygulamada gösterilir. Ödeme ve iadeleri Apple kendi koşullarına göre yürütür.
4. Gizlilik

5. Garanti ve sorumluluk
Lumaroll “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Kopya, benzer ve bulanık fotoğraf tespiti bir tahmindir ve yanılabilir; onaylamadan önce mutlaka kontrol et. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde Mikail Yurt, kaybolan fotoğraf, video ya da diğer verilerden ve dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Buradaki hiçbir hüküm tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarını sınırlamaz.
6. Değişiklikler ve iletişim
Değişiklikler yeni yürürlük tarihiyle bu sayfada yayımlanır. Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; yaşadığın yerdeki emredici tüketici koruma hükümleri saklıdır. İletişim: support@mikailyurt.com.
