The short version: Your photos never leave your device. Lumaroll has no server and no account. The only data that leaves the app is a small set of anonymous usage counts (for example “a cleaning session finished”), which you can turn off in Settings. No ads, no tracking.

1. Your photos and videos

Lumaroll reads your library through Apple's Photos framework, on your device. Photos, videos, thumbnails, file names, locations, dates and any other photo metadata are never uploaded, never sent to us and never sent to any third party. Duplicate, similar and blurry photo detection runs on the device. There is no cloud processing.

Lumaroll deletes only what you select and confirm. Deletion is carried out by iOS: the items move to the Recently Deleted album in Photos, where you can recover them for 30 days. Lumaroll never deletes anything automatically.

2. What Lumaroll stores on your device

• Your keep and delete decisions, progress, statistics, streaks and achievements.
• Scan results used to group duplicates, similar and blurry photos.
• Your settings.

This stays in the app's storage on your device and is removed when you delete the app. Your iPhone backup (iCloud or computer) may include it, under your Apple Account.

3. Anonymous usage statistics (Aptabase)

To understand which features are used, Lumaroll sends anonymous events to Aptabase, a privacy-focused analytics service, hosted in the European Union. An event is a name from a fixed list plus a few values from fixed lists:

• Events: photo access granted, screen viewed, session started and finished, deletion confirmed or failed, free limit warning and reached, purchase screen shown, purchase completed or restored, achievement unlocked, rating prompt requested, portrait shared or saved.
• Values: the screen name, the session type (for example “screenshots”), counts and sizes rounded into ranges (for example “10–49 photos”, never the exact number), the achievement, why the purchase screen was shown, and the theme and format of a shared portrait.
• Added by the Aptabase SDK: app version, iOS version, language and device model (for example “iPhone 16”).

Events contain no photo content, file names, locations, dates, free text, name, email, Apple Account, advertising identifier or device identifier. Aptabase does not use cookies or persistent identifiers; a session is identified by a random, short-lived value. Your IP address is used by Aptabase only to derive an approximate country and is not stored with events. We cannot link events to you.

Turning it off: Settings → Privacy → “Share Anonymous Usage Statistics”. When it is off, Lumaroll sends no events at all.

4. Purchases

Lifetime is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. Lumaroll verifies it with StoreKit on your device. We do not receive your payment details, name or Apple Account, and we keep no purchase records on a server.

5. Notifications and sharing

Reminders are optional local notifications scheduled on your device; Lumaroll has no push notification server. When you share a portrait image, it goes only where you choose in the iOS share sheet.

6. Tracking and advertising

Lumaroll contains no advertising and no advertising SDKs, does not track you across apps or websites and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission. Apple may share aggregated App Store and crash statistics with us if you chose to share them with developers in your device settings; these do not identify you.

7. Your choices and rights

• Change photo access at any time: iPhone Settings → Apps → Lumaroll → Photos. Lumaroll also works with Limited Access.
• Turn off usage statistics in the app's Settings (section 3).
• Delete the app to remove all data it stored on the device.

Because we hold no data that identifies you, we have nothing to look up, export or delete on request. If you have questions about your rights under GDPR, KVKK or similar laws, write to us.

8. Children

Lumaroll is not directed at children and collects no personal data from anyone.

9. Changes and contact

2. Lumaroll'un cihazında sakladıkları

• Sakla ve sil kararların, ilerlemen, istatistiklerin, serilerin ve başarımların.
• Kopya, benzer ve bulanık fotoğrafları gruplamak için kullanılan tarama sonuçları.
• Ayarların.

Bunlar uygulamanın cihazındaki depolama alanında kalır ve uygulamayı sildiğinde silinir. iPhone yedeğin (iCloud ya da bilgisayar) bunları kendi Apple Hesabın altında içerebilir.

3. Anonim kullanım istatistikleri (Aptabase)

Hangi özelliklerin kullanıldığını anlamak için Lumaroll, gizlilik odaklı bir analiz hizmeti olan ve Avrupa Birliği'nde barındırılan Aptabase'e anonim olaylar gönderir. Bir olay, sabit bir listeden gelen bir ad ve yine sabit listelerden gelen birkaç değerden oluşur:

• Olaylar: fotoğraf izni verildi, ekran görüntülendi, oturum başladı ve bitti, silme onaylandı ya da başarısız oldu, ücretsiz sınır uyarısı ve sınıra ulaşıldı, satın alma ekranı gösterildi, satın alma tamamlandı ya da geri yüklendi, başarım açıldı, değerlendirme isteği gösterildi, portre paylaşıldı ya da kaydedildi.
• Değerler: ekran adı, oturum türü (örneğin “ekran görüntüleri”), aralığa yuvarlanmış sayılar ve boyutlar (örneğin “10–49 fotoğraf”; tam sayı hiçbir zaman gitmez), başarım, satın alma ekranının neden açıldığı, paylaşılan portrenin teması ve biçimi.
• Aptabase SDK'sının eklediği: uygulama sürümü, iOS sürümü, dil ve cihaz modeli (örneğin “iPhone 16”).

Olaylarda fotoğraf içeriği, dosya adı, konum, tarih, serbest metin, ad, e-posta, Apple Hesabı, reklam kimliği ya da cihaz kimliği bulunmaz. Aptabase çerez ya da kalıcı kimlik kullanmaz; oturum rastgele ve kısa ömürlü bir değerle ayırt edilir. IP adresin Aptabase tarafından yalnızca yaklaşık ülkeyi belirlemek için kullanılır ve olaylarla birlikte saklanmaz. Olayları seninle ilişkilendiremeyiz.

Kapatmak için: Ayarlar → Gizlilik → “Anonim Kullanım İstatistikleri Paylaş”. Kapalıyken Lumaroll hiçbir olay göndermez.

4. Satın almalar

Lifetime, Apple'ın işlediği tek seferlik bir uygulama içi satın almadır. Lumaroll satın almayı cihazında StoreKit ile doğrular. Ödeme bilgilerin, adın ya da Apple Hesabın bize ulaşmaz; bir sunucuda satın alma kaydı tutmayız.

5. Bildirimler ve paylaşım

Hatırlatmalar isteğe bağlıdır ve cihazında zamanlanan yerel bildirimlerdir; Lumaroll'un anlık bildirim sunucusu yoktur. Bir portre görselini paylaştığında görsel yalnızca iOS paylaşım sayfasında senin seçtiğin yere gider.

6. Takip ve reklam

Lumaroll'da reklam ve reklam SDK'sı yoktur; seni uygulamalar ya da siteler arasında takip etmez, App Tracking Transparency izni istemez. Cihaz ayarlarında geliştiricilerle paylaşmayı seçtiysen Apple bize toplu App Store ve çökme istatistikleri sunabilir; bunlar seni tanımlamaz.

7. Seçimlerin ve hakların

• Fotoğraf erişimini istediğin zaman değiştir: iPhone Ayarlar → Uygulamalar → Lumaroll → Fotoğraflar. Lumaroll Sınırlı Erişim ile de çalışır.
• Kullanım istatistiklerini uygulamanın Ayarlar'ından kapat (3. bölüm).
• Uygulamayı silerek cihazda sakladığı tüm verileri kaldır.

Seni tanımlayan bir veri tutmadığımız için istek üzerine arayabileceğimiz, dışa aktarabileceğimiz ya da silebileceğimiz bir kayıt yoktur. KVKK, GDPR ve benzeri yasalar kapsamındaki hakların için bize yazabilirsin.

8. Çocuklar

Lumaroll çocuklara yönelik değildir ve kimseden kişisel veri toplamaz.

9. Değişiklikler ve iletişim
