1. Licence
Huddle Up is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (the standard EULA) when you get it from the App Store, and under the Google Play Terms of Service when you get it from Google Play. The terms below add to these and do not replace them.
2. The game
Huddle Up is a free puzzle game. You can play it without an internet connection. There is no account and no sign-in.
3. Ads and Remove Ads
The game shows ads: short ads between levels and optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch for a booster or to continue. Rewards are given only when an ad is actually shown. Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that permanently removes the ads between levels; optional rewarded ads stay available. It is not a subscription and does not renew. It is tied to your Apple Account or Google Account and can be restored with Restore Purchases in Settings, also on your other devices. Prices are shown in the store sheet before you buy. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.
4. Privacy
How ads, analytics and crash reports use data, and the choices you have, are described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Progress, no warranty and liability
Your level progress and boosters are stored on your device. If you delete the game or reset your device, this progress is lost; a Remove Ads purchase can still be restored. Huddle Up is provided “as is”, and levels, features and availability may change in updates. To the extent permitted by law, Mikail Yurt is not liable for lost progress or for indirect damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
6. Changes and contact
Changes are published on this page with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Contact: support@mikailyurt.com.

Huddle Up'ı App Store'dan aldıysan Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (standart EULA), Google Play'den aldıysan Google Play Hizmet Şartları kapsamında lisanslanır. Aşağıdaki koşullar bunlara ek niteliğindedir, onların yerine geçmez.
2. Oyun
Huddle Up ücretsiz bir bulmaca oyunudur. İnternet bağlantısı olmadan oynanabilir. Hesap ya da giriş yoktur.
3. Reklamlar ve Remove Ads
Oyunda reklam gösterilir: bölüm aralarında kısa reklamlar ve bir güçlendirici ya da devam etmek için izlemeyi senin seçtiğin ödüllü reklamlar. Ödül yalnızca reklam gerçekten gösterildiğinde verilir. Remove Ads (Reklamları Kaldır), bölüm aralarındaki reklamları kalıcı olarak kaldıran, tek seferlik ve tüketilmeyen bir uygulama içi satın almadır; isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar kalır. Abonelik değildir, yenilenmez. Apple Hesabına ya da Google Hesabına bağlıdır ve Ayarlar'daki Satın Alımları Geri Yükle ile diğer cihazlarında da geri yüklenebilir. Fiyat, satın almadan önce mağaza penceresinde gösterilir. Ödeme ve iadeleri Apple ya da Google kendi koşullarına göre yürütür.
4. Gizlilik
Reklam, analitik ve çökme raporlarının verileri nasıl kullandığı ve seçeneklerin Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatılır.
5. İlerleme, garanti ve sorumluluk
Bölüm ilerlemen ve güçlendiricilerin cihazında saklanır. Oyunu silersen ya da cihazını sıfırlarsan bu ilerleme kaybolur; Remove Ads satın alımı yine geri yüklenebilir. Huddle Up “olduğu gibi” sunulur; bölümler, özellikler ve erişilebilirlik güncellemelerle değişebilir. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde Mikail Yurt, kaybolan ilerlemeden ve dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Buradaki hiçbir hüküm tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarını sınırlamaz.
6. Değişiklikler ve iletişim
Değişiklikler yeni yürürlük tarihiyle bu sayfada yayımlanır. Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; yaşadığın yerdeki emredici tüketici koruma hükümleri saklıdır. İletişim: support@mikailyurt.com.
