Common questions
- How do I play? Tap a pool. The penguins of one color at its front jump into the river, swim around the loop and hop into the first pool that accepts them: an empty pool, or one with the same color in front and room left. 8 penguins of one color fill a pool and complete a group. Get every penguin home to clear the level.
- What do the boosters do? Shuffle mixes up the penguins in a pool you choose (tap a glowing pool). +2 River adds two spaces to the river. Hint shows a good pool to tap. Whirlpool takes every penguin of one color off the board and counts it as a completed group. When you run out, you can get more by watching an optional ad.
- Why did I lose? The river has limited space. When it is full and none of the penguins in it can enter a pool, the level is over. Before you tap, check that the penguins you send have a pool to go to.
- I am stuck on a level. Tap Retry and try a different order; planning a few moves ahead helps. Use a booster. When you run out of moves, the game offers to open the EXTRA pool (a spare empty pool), or to add 2 river spaces if it is already open.
- What does “Remove Ads” do? It is a one-time purchase that removes the ads between levels. Rewarded ads you choose to watch, for boosters or to continue, stay available.
- My purchase does not show up. Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account you bought with. If it still does not appear, email us with the receipt date.
- Is my progress saved? Yes, on your device. There is no account and no cloud sync, so deleting the game resets your progress (a “Remove Ads” purchase can be restored).
- Can I play offline? Yes, every level plays without internet. Rewarded ads, and the rewards that come with them, need a connection.
- How do I turn off sound or vibration? In Settings.

- İlerlemem kaydediliyor mu? Evet, cihazında. Hesap ve bulut senkronu olmadığı için oyunu silmek ilerlemeni sıfırlar (“Reklamları Kaldır” satın alımı geri yüklenebilir).
- İnternetsiz oynayabilir miyim? Evet, bütün bölümler internetsiz oynanır. Ödüllü reklamlar ve onlarla gelen ödüller bağlantı ister.
