Card Scanner: Business Cards

Write to support@mikailyurt.com. Include your iPhone model and iOS version; for purchase questions add the App Store receipt date. Please do not send photos of other people's business cards. Replies usually within two business days.
Common questions
- The card was read wrongly. Text recognition runs on your iPhone; good light and a flat card help. You can correct any field before saving, or use “Analyze with AI” for a second attempt (1 credit).
- Where are my cards? On your device and in your own iCloud. They are not on our servers. Deleting the app deletes the local copy; iCloud keeps your archive for your other devices.
- What do credits pay for? Only AI parsing. Scanning, saving, searching, Contacts and export are free and unlimited. Credits never expire; there is no subscription.
- Purchase did not show up. Open Settings in the app and tap “Restore Purchases”. If the balance is still wrong, email us with the receipt date.
- Delete my account. Settings → Account → Delete Account removes your server record, credit balance and purchase history. Your card archive stays on your device and iCloud under your control.

Sık sorulanlar
- Kart yanlış okundu. Metin tanıma iPhone'unuzda çalışır; iyi ışık ve düz kart yardımcı olur. Kaydetmeden önce her alanı düzeltebilir ya da ikinci deneme için “Yapay Zeka ile Analiz Et” düğmesini kullanabilirsiniz (1 kredi).
- Kartlarım nerede? Cihazınızda ve kendi iCloud'unuzda. Sunucularımızda değildir. Uygulamayı silmek yerel kopyayı siler; iCloud arşivinizi diğer cihazlarınız için korur.
- Kredi ne için? Yalnızca yapay zeka ayrıştırma için. Tarama, kaydetme, arama, rehbere ekleme ve dışa aktarma ücretsiz ve sınırsız. Krediler süresiz geçerli; abonelik yok.
- Satın alma görünmüyor. Uygulamada Ayarlar → “Satın Alımları Geri Yükle”. Bakiye hâlâ yanlışsa makbuz tarihiyle bize yazın.
- Hesabımı silmek istiyorum. Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı Sil, sunucudaki kaydınızı, kredi bakiyenizi ve satın alma geçmişinizi siler. Kart arşiviniz cihazınızda ve iCloud'da sizin kontrolünüzde kalır.
